All new clients must complete a mandatory consultation before booking any laser hair removal or electrolysis treatments.

• Do not book hair removal treatments until after your consultation.

• Any hair removal appointment booked before a completed consultation will be cancelled.

Can’t find your preferred appointment time? Square shows the earliest and only appointment times currently available. If you don’t see a time that works, please join the waitlist. Just select your service in Square, click next and look for the “Join Waitlist” option at the bottom of the page. If your preferred time becomes available, you’ll be notified.

***Please do not leave general messages in Square. Messages should only be used to update your medical history. These messages are reviewed at the time of your appointment and are not monitored for general questions or requests.

Prepare For Your Consultation 

Following these steps helps us properly assess your hair removal needs during your appointment.

• Let Your Hair Grow (3–5 Days). Please allow hair to grow for 3–5 days before your consultation (for both laser hair removal and electrolysis). This allows us to accurately assess hair density, color, and growth patterns to determine the safest and most effective treatment options.

• Come With Clean Skin (No Makeup / Products). Please arrive with the area to be assessed clean and free of makeup, lotion, sunscreen, deodorant, self-tanner, or other skincare products (as applicable to the area being evaluated).

Complete Intake Forms Before Your Appointment

Please go here to download intake forms. Please print, complete, and bring them to your consultation.

• Please do not email completed forms to us.

• If you can’t complete forms in advance, you must arrive 15 minutes early to complete them in-office.

Important: If you arrive without completed forms and do not arrive early enough to complete them, we may need to reschedule the consultation. Rescheduled consultations are not eligible for another free appointment and will be booked at a $50 consultation fee.

• 5–10 minutes early if your forms are already completed

This ensures we can use your full consultation time.

48-Hour Notice Required

​

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

​

• Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a second complimentary consultation.

• Any future consultations will be booked at a $50 consultation fee.
