Interested in Becoming a New Client?
All prospective clients must first submit a Consultation Request.
Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee that you will be offered a consultation appointment. New client acceptance is based on current availability, and each request is reviewed individually.
If we're able to move forward, we'll contact you with instructions for scheduling your consultation.
Are You a Current Client?
Current clients should use the Square Client Portal to book, reschedule, or cancel appointments. We do not schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments by phone or email.
Appointments may be canceled through Square up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to our cancellation policy.
If you're unable to keep your appointment within the 48-hour window, we appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible. While late cancellations remain subject to our policy, advance notice may allow us to offer your appointment time to another client.
