• All new clients must complete a mandatory consultation before booking any laser hair removal or electrolysis treatments.

• Any treatment booked prior to a completed consultation will be cancelled

• Please request a consultation ​first. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to schedule a consultation. ​

• We require 48 hours’ advance notice for all appointment changes or cancellations.

• All scheduling, rescheduling or cancellations must be completed through our online booking system, Square. For scheduling changes, we kindly ask that you do not call or email.

• If you fail to attend your appointment or fail to cancel within 48 hours, your card may be charged for your full appointment fee.

• A valid credit card is required to schedule and hold appointments

• Cards are securely stored and linked to appointments.

• Maintaining a card on file is required to keep appointments scheduled.

• Removing your card may result in cancellation of existing or future appointments.

• We ask that all clients arrive a few minutes early for their scheduled appointments.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened session treatments.

• Full fees may still apply if treatment time is reduced.​

• Appointments cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals.​​​​

• We make every effort to start appointments on time. If a delay occurs on our end, you will receive either your full scheduled treatment time or be charged only for the time completed — whichever is more favorable to you.

• Failure to follow preparation instructions may require your appointment to be rescheduled.

All scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations must be completed through our online booking system Square.

Messages in Square

• Please use Square messaging only to update medical history related to your appointment.

• Messages are reviewed at the time of your scheduled appointment, not in advance.

• General inquiries sent through Square may not receive a response.

Waitlist

If your preferred appointment time is unavailable: 

• Join the waitlist through Square by selecting your service and choosing “Join Waitlist.” You will be notified if an opening becomes available.

• For safety, consistency, and treatment accuracy, we do not treat clients who are simultaneously receiving hair removal services from another provider or technician.

• This policy allows us to properly assess treatment response, manage settings safely, and ensure continuity of care.

• If this policy is not followed, appointments may need to be cancelled or services discontinued.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. ​

• Current pricing for electrolysis is always displayed through Square at the time of booking.

• Laser hair removal pricing is provided during your consultation and remains fixed for the duration of your treatment plan.

• Please allow adequate time for your appointment.

• Do not schedule other commitments immediately before or after your treatment.

• Full treatment time is necessary to ensure safe and effective results.

• We offer electrolysis appointments in the following lengths: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes, and longer sessions.​

• For 45-minute and 60-minute appointments, advance approval is required before booking. This ensures longer sessions are appropriate for your treatment plan and comfort.
