New Client Policies
New clients must schedule an initial consultation through our online booking system, Square, before making any hair removal appointments. Any bookings made prior to attending a consultation will be automatically cancelled. This policy ensures the highest standard of care and optimal outcomes for our clients.

Upon booking a consultation, you will receive a set of intake forms. Please complete these forms and return to us, or arrive 15 min early to your appointment to fill them out in office. This ensures we have all the necessary information to maximize the limited consultation time.
​
If you cancel your consultation without a 48-hour advanced notice or fail to show up, you will be charged $50 for the missed appointment. Also, we will not be able to extend another free consultation in this case.
​
To prepare for your appointment, please let your hair grow out for 3-5 days. We understand how difficult this can be for some clients, however, this timeframe is needed in order to get the best snapshot into your hair removal needs.

Provider Care Policy
Our current policy is to not treat clients who are currently being treated by another provider. Therefore while you are being treated by a provider in our office, it is imperative that you do not receive treatment elsewhere. If you are planning to do this, please keep us updated and we can go from there.

Communication Preferences
Need to schedule, reschedule, or cancel your appointment? Our online booking system, Square, offers a convenient way to manage your appointments, allowing for easy scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations through a user-friendly interface.

Please only leave a message in Square ONLY if you need to update your medical history. We do not review these messages until your appointment time, so we cannot respond to general inquiries.

Can’t find your preferred appointment time? No worries, simply sign up for the waitlist through your Square account. Just select your service, click next and look for the “Join Waitlist” option at the bottom of the page. If your preferred time becomes available, you’ll be notified.

No-Show Policy
When scheduling an appointment, you’ll be required to provide your credit card information to schedule your appointment. This policy is in place to protect against no-shows or late cancellations—if you fail to attend your appointment or do not provide a 48-hour advanced cancellation notice, your card will be charged accordingly. This helps ensure our time is not wasted due to last-minute cancellations.

For your convenience, you have the option to save your credit card on file. While this is optional in Square, we require that you save your credit card to file where it will securely stored. Removing your card from file will result in all treatment appointments being cancelled.

Late Appointment Arrivals
In order to ensure that you receive the full duration of your scheduled treatment, it is crucial to arrive a few minutes early for your appointments. Arriving right on time or late may result in a shortened session, as we must adhere to our schedule to accommodate clients. For instance, if you are 10 minutes late for a 30 minute appointment, you will only receive 20 minutes of treatment. In some instances, you may still be charged for the full 30 minute session, despite not receiving the complete treatment. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend your appointment if you are running late, as this would disrupt the schedule for other clients.

We strive to be punctual and begin sessions on time. While there may be occasional unforeseen circumstances that cause brief delays, rest assured that you will still receive your full treatment time, or you will only be charged for the time completed—whichever is more advantageous for you.

48-Hour Advanced Cancellation
To ensure we can accommodate all our clients’ needs, we require 48-hour advance notice for any appointment changes or cancellations through our online booking system. Failing to provide this notice will result in a cancellation fee—a necessary policy to minimize disruptions and optimize our schedule.

We kindly ask that you refrain from attempting to cancel or reschedule by phone or text, as our online portal is the only approved method for managing appointments. While we understand unexpected circumstances can arise, advance notice allows us to adjust without financial penalty.

For laser hair removal or electrolysis, the following late cancellation & no-show fees will apply:

Advance Permission for Appointments
We have appointments available for 15 min, 30 min, 45 min, 1 hour, and more to accommodate all of your needs. However, for 45 min and 1 hour electrolysis appointments we require you get permission to book these length appointments.
